Crémant d'Alsace Demi-sec

This Crémant is made with the Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois grape variety and vinified like the traditional method of making Crémants.

This semidry Crémant is made on the same principle as our Traditional Crémant. However, the higher dosage gives greater suppleness and sweetness than the traditional cuvee.

Serving suggestions / Wine : The Crémant d’Alsace will be the jewel for all the special occasions: it will enhance through its discreetly fruited freshness the gastronomic meetings, from aperitif to the end of the meal. Through its pale gold colour, it is already symbol of festivities.
Serving temperature : 6 à 8°C
Keeping : 4 à 6 ans
